Program Facilitator’s Biography
Prof. Debashis Chatterjee has taught leadership classes at Harvard University and served as Professor and full time academic at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta, Lucknow and Kozhikode. He has been awarded the prestigious Fulbright Fellowship twice for Pre-Doctoral and Post-Doctoral work at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. Author of seven internationally published books, Prof. Chatterjee’s work is a unique synthesis of Western empirical knowledge and The wisdom of the East. He has trained over 10,000 managers and leaders in Fortune 500 Corporations in all six continents of the world. Prof. Chatterjee currently serves as Director of IIM Kozhikode. He has served on the Boards of several Indian and Multinational companies as independent Director. A pioneer in the field of Asian models in leadership, Prof. Chatterjee was named by Professor John Kotter of Harvard Business School as one of the thought leaders of the world.
